Controlled mainnet: settlement uses real USDG on Robinhood Chain and admin actions are governed by a 2-of-3 multisig. An independent security audit and registry-attestation provider are not live yet. Do not treat credits here as independently verified real-world emissions reductions.

Governance

CARB holders vote on a short list of bounded protocol parameters. Governance cannot touch credit issuance or user funds.

The CARB utility token has not been launched on this deployment, so there is nothing to stake, bond or vote with. Everything else in Carbonized (trading, retirement, certificates) works without it. CARB only adds optional fee tiers, a bond for the bond-based issuer path and parameter governance.
