CARB does notDetail
Share revenueNo profit share, revenue share, dividend, fee distribution or payment of any kind to holders or stakers.
Pay rewardsNo staking rewards, emissions, inflation, reward token, APY or lock-up bonus. Staking only unlocks a fee tier.
Buy backNo buy-back, burn programme or price support. The only supply reductions are holders burning their own tokens and slashing of issuer bonds.
MintFixed supply minted once in the constructor. No mint function, no owner, no pause, no blacklist, no transfer tax, no rebasing, no upgradeability on the token.
Control credit issuanceThe NFT ISSUER_ROLE and ISSUER_ADMIN_ROLE are never given to governance. The optional bond path is an alternative way to hold the issuer role, not governance over issuance.
Control escrowNothing in the marketplace can move user escrow, and governance holds no role that could.
Represent a claimNot a claim on carbon credits, on the protocol's treasury, on fees or on any asset.
Discount AMM swapsThe fee discount covers order-book and auction sales by the CCT seller only. AMM swap fees stay with liquidity providers.
Discount pricesThe discount applies to the trading fee only, at most 50 percent of the fee, never to the price of a credit.
Give votes while stakedStaked and bonded CARB carry no voting power.
